Reason:
Customer decided it was time to install a professional dishwasher, reducing breakages, saving time and ensuring thermal disinfection at 80 to 90C throughout the rinse process.
Not only do Electrolux Professional Hood Type dishwashers automatically dose detergent through a dosing pump and use only 2 liters of water per cycle, they are also able process up to 80 racks an hour!!
